Recipe of the week: Easy Chick-Peasy Salad
- 1/4 cup chick peas
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 10 Cherry tomatos, halved
- 1/2 an avocado (save the other half for later or throw it on some toast!)
- salt
- pepper
- about 3 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
SHAKE/MIX!!
